This is not a beginner AI course. If you're still exploring "what can AI do?" — start with Gen-AIR first, then come back when you're ready to build.
Completion of Gen-AIR (any format) or equivalent demonstrated mastery. You should be consistently using context documents, creating sophisticated prompts with output constraints, and treating AI outputs as drafts to refine.
Complete the 35–45 minute self-assessment covering workflow architecture, AI tool usage, decision frameworks, and impact measurement basics. You must achieve a composite score of 2.75 or greater to confirm readiness.
Completed via the Activation Portal at least 7 days before the workshop. Includes your professional context profile, required readings, and problem identification for the "Bring Your Own Project" model.
Identify 1–2 business challenges that might benefit from AI transformation. You don't need solutions yet — that's what Day 1 is for.
10X is not the starting line — it’s the next leap. Participants arrive having already completed Gen-AIR, operating at Stage 2 or higher. This sprint is designed to push you to Stage 3: AI-Proficient, where you move from individual AI use to designing systematic AI-enhanced workflows for your teams and organization.
Participants complete the GAIA AI Proficiency Self-Assessment and submit results through the Feedback Pulse Survey. This survey collects your self-assessment scores, pre-workshop expectations, and — after the workshop — your structured feedback on the course design.

Human-Centered Change, Responsible AI Use & Activation. Plan for resistance using the Recognize, Reframe, Respond model, map consequences of your AI solution, design your 6-week cascade, stress-test sustainability, and make a public commitment. Close with the 10X Framework reveal.
Participants earn each Key through hands-on activities. At graduation, all 10 Keys assemble into the complete 10X Framework — an AI-powered coaching tool they keep forever.
