A 2-day immersive workshop where L6+ leaders go from concept to working prototype on a real business challenge. Not theory. Not frameworks. You build.
Today’s leaders are applying AI to accelerate existing processes — that’s 2X thinking. This workshop challenges them to step back, question whether those processes should exist at all, then build a working AI-powered solution before they leave the room.
Optimization
Speeding up the assembly line.
Faster execution of existing processes.
Transformation
Redrawing the blueprint.
Questioning whether the process should exist at all.
This workshop is designed for a specific audience โ and prerequisites ensure every participant is ready to build from Day 1.
L6โL8 senior leaders across Global Operations and GOPXT
Leaders who already use AI daily โ writing, summarizing, analyzing โ and are ready to move beyond individual productivity to organizational transformation
Leaders with influence over workflows and teams โ you'll be building solutions that scale beyond yourself
Leaders ready to commit two full protected days free from competing priorities
This is not a beginner AI course. If you're still exploring "what can AI do?" โ start with Gen-AIR first, then come back when you're ready to build.
Completion of Gen-AIR (any format) or equivalent demonstrated mastery. You should be consistently using context documents, creating sophisticated prompts with output constraints, and treating AI outputs as drafts to refine.
Complete the 35โ45 minute self-assessment covering workflow architecture, AI tool usage, decision frameworks, and impact measurement basics. You must achieve a composite score of 2.75 or greater to confirm readiness.
Completed via the Activation Portal at least 7 days before the workshop. Includes your professional context profile, required readings, and problem identification for the "Bring Your Own Project" model.
Identify 1โ2 business challenges that might benefit from AI transformation. You don't need solutions yet โ that's what Day 1 is for.
10X is not the starting line — it’s the next leap. Participants arrive having already completed Gen-AIR, operating at Stage 2 or higher. This sprint is designed to push you to Stage 3: AI-Proficient, where you move from individual AI use to designing systematic AI-enhanced workflows for your teams and organization.
Participants complete the GAIA AI Proficiency Self-Assessment and submit results through the Feedback Pulse Survey. This survey collects your self-assessment scores, pre-workshop expectations, and โ after the workshop โ your structured feedback on the course design.
~35โ45 minutes ยท 8โ10 questions covering the eight GAIA dimensions
2.75
composite score required to confirm readiness for 10X
Feedback Pulse Survey โ link provided to registered participants via email
The self-assessment evaluates your readiness across eight GAIA dimensions. A composite score of 2.75 or greater confirms you're ready for 10X. Scores below this threshold indicate Gen-AIR completion should come first โ we'll redirect you to the right starting point.
A carefully designed arc — strategic thinking on Day 1, intensive building on Day 2 — that moves leaders from a vague idea to a deployable prototype in 48 hours.
Experience the gap between 2X and 10X thinking through a hands-on Monthly Business Review scenario. Then dive into Strategic Transformation — reframe your problem with the Seven Radical Jury, classify the work you own using the RAAP grid, pick your 10X Shortlist, and commit to what you really want to build through the Provocateur challenge.
Connect your transformation to business value, quantify impact in hours and euros, place your number on the impact continuum (€10K+ / €100K+ / €1M+ are mile markers), and defend your business case in a live Finance Simulation. End the day with a rapid build sprint — build a custom AI agent, reusable prompt template, or automated workflow tied to your real business challenge. Leave with a v1 working prototype.
Pure execution energy. Iterate on your custom agent or workflow, refine impact calculations, pressure-test with peers who’ve never seen your work. By lunch, you have a working prototype — a deployable agent, template, or automated workflow — built on your actual business challenge, with documented metrics and a deployment plan.
Human-Centered Change, Responsible AI Use & Activation. Plan for resistance using the Recognize, Reframe, Respond model, map consequences of your AI solution, design your 6-week cascade, stress-test sustainability, and make a public commitment. Close with the 10X Framework reveal.
Participants earn each Key through hands-on activities. At graduation, all 10 Keys assemble into the complete 10X Framework — an AI-powered coaching tool they keep forever.
Pressure-test the problem from radical perspectives before optimizing anything.
Classify the work you own: Retire, Automate, Augment, or Protect.
Pick the 2–3 highest-leverage transformation opportunities from your RAAP grid.
What do you REALLY want to build? Name it, defend it, commit to it.
Connect your initiative to business value: Cost Out, Engagement, Speed, Safety, or Quality.
Make it countable. Make it defensible. Calculate a real impact number your finance team would believe.
Place your impact on the continuum (€10K+ / €100K+ / €1M+ are mile markers), build a 4-Proof business case, and survive a Finance Simulation.
Recognize → Reframe → Respond to resistance constructively.
Responsible AI check: Who’s affected? What breaks at scale? Who’s accountable?
Activation → Artifacts → Coaching → Feedback Loops for sustainable scaling.
You already use AI daily. You already iterate on prompts. But only 29% of leaders like you can design a systematic AI-enhanced process, and only 18% have built AI workflows for their teams. This course closes those specific gaps.
You arrive with a business challenge. You leave with a working AI-powered solution built on that challenge. Not a plan, not a deck, not a framework. A functioning prototype you can demo to your leadership the following week.
Every Key follows Think → Challenge → Defend. You think on your own, AI pressure-tests your assumptions, then peers tear it apart. The Seven Radical Jury, the CFO Simulation, the Provocateur — nothing survives unchallenged.
The proficiency data shows 47% of leaders are “Refiners” — they iterate with AI but don’t architect solutions. This workshop pushes you from refining to redesigning: not how to speed up the assembly line, but whether to redraw the blueprint entirely.
No case studies. No hypotheticals. You bring a real problem from your actual role. By Day 2, you've built a working solution for it. Every participant ships a functioning prototype.
A personal AI-powered coaching tool assembled key by key across both days. Participants earn it, build it, and keep it โ a permanent guide for every future transformation they lead.
Join a cohort of senior leaders on the same journey. Peer accountability, shared language, and a network that extends the learning well beyond the two days.
Every participant graduates with a fully assembled, AI-powered coaching tool built from their own 10 Keys. It's not a certificate โ it's a living system that continues to generate value long after the workshop ends.
The room is the product. The thinking shift we measure cannot be replicated in any other format.
Participants arrive with individual scope, no impact quantification, and single-tool framing. This is Stage 2: Tool User thinking.
Quantified business cases with specific figures, $100K+ impact tiers, solutions scoped across countries and process owners. This is Stage 3: Strategic AI Leader thinking.
Zero participants quantified impact in pre-work. By end of Day 2, 79% included specific dollar or hour figures in their final outputs.
Thinking activities challenge assumptions in real time. Peer discussion amplifies this, complemented by AI techniques that unlock angles and opportunities that lie dormant.
"Essential" ratings for peer interaction doubled from Day 1 (37%) to Day 2 (67%). The compounding happens because participants build on each other's thinking across 10+ hours together. This cannot be scheduled in 30-minute increments.
Two full days away from Slack, email, and calendar. Participants consistently cite this as the #1 value: forced depth that self-paced programs cannot guarantee.
Across every cohort surveyed, participants consistently say this experience cannot be replicated any other way. Zero have said it was not worth traveling for.
"This cannot be done self-paced. The room is the product."
"I couldn't reach the same quality without the people around me. Hearing their challenges made me rethink my own."
"The dedicated time to focus heads down is the highest value add. I would never get this depth on my own calendar."
"The structured provocation combined with real-time peer pressure-testing produced thinking I couldn't have reached alone or with AI."
"I came in wanting to automate a report. I'm leaving having redesigned the entire reporting workflow for 12 countries."
"You can't replicate the energy of 20 people in a room all building something real at the same time. That energy compounds hour over hour."
"I've taken dozens of courses. This is the first one where I left with something I could actually use on Monday."
The course does not teach AI. It teaches a thinking pattern: diagnose, classify, prioritize, quantify, defend, cascade. All participants build a working prototype. Some take it further based on their skills, capability, and maturity of their business project.
